In connection with my participation in 3rd Coast Venture Summit, (i) I hereby acknowledge that the event may be photographed, recorded, or filmed and (ii) I grant 3rd Coast Venture Summit, its affiliates and their agents the irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, paid-up, worldwide, right to license to take , use, publish, royalty free, paid-up, worldwide, right to license to take, use publish, copy, create derivative works, and republish my name, likeness, image, voice, appearance, performance, biography, composition and contributions, in whole or in part, in advertisements, publications, social media, and promotions in connection with 3rd Coast Venture Summit and related activities, without compensation, without consent, and without restriction.
